How do I get a quote?
Start with Get My Quote and choose Pick Up & Deliver, Haul Away, or Small Move. Add locations, items, photos if you have them, access details, and your preferred timing.
Can I text photos instead?
Yes. Text photos to (240) 222-1356 with your ZIP, where the item is going if applicable, and any stairs or elevator details.
Do you pick up Facebook Marketplace items?
Yes. Send the listing screenshot or item photo, pickup ZIP, delivery ZIP, and timing. CarryGo will quote the trip.
Do you handle OfferUp and Craigslist pickups?
Yes. CarryGo can help with Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, store pickups, and other local bulky-item pickups.
Do you haul away mattresses, furniture, and appliances?
Yes. CarryGo handles mattresses, furniture, appliances, household junk, cleanouts, donation runs, and dump runs.
Do I need to move items outside?
No. Curbside or outside pickup can make some jobs faster, but inside pickup can be quoted with access details.
Can you do same-day jobs?
Same-day service may be available depending on location, job size, access, and schedule. Send your details and we'll confirm availability.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on distance, item size and weight, number of items, stairs, elevators, inside placement, number of helpers, disposal or donation needs, and timing.
Do I need exact dimensions?
Only for oversized or unusual items. For most jobs, an item type and photo are more useful.
Do you take hazardous items?
Some items may require special handling or may be unavailable. Send photos and details before scheduling.
How do I pay?
Payment details should be confirmed after your quote is approved. No payment is collected in the initial quote request.
